TURNAROUND TIME / STORAGE OF DOCUMENTS
Once your order and payment have been received work will begin on your service. Inspire to Inspire Network will store a copy of work created for you for up to 12 months from completion. You may ask for a copy to be sent to you at any point during this time. If you do not wish for your content to be stored please mention this either at the time of ordering or when your order is complete.
APPROVAL OF WORKS
Once you approve your final design and or products are sent for printing, Inspire To Inspire Network is not responsible for any mistakes after your final approval.
FAULTY PRINTING
Once you have received or collected your printed material any issues or quality concerns need to be expressed in writing to info@inspiretoinspirenetwork.com within 24hours of delivery, any problems expressed after this period we will be unable to assist.
REFUNDS
Inspire To Inspire Network does not offer refunds of any deposits or payments, unless jobs are cancelled solely by Inspire To Inspire Network or its senior officers, in this case refunds can only be completed by bank transfer and can up to 30 working days.
